Singaraja is the regency seat of Buleleng. The name is Indonesian for 'Lion King'. It is on the north coast just east of Lovina. Singaraja was the Dutch colonial administrative centre for Bali and the Lesser Sunda Islands until 1953, and the port of arrival for most visitors until development of the Bukit Peninsula area in the south.
North Bali area mostly is decided under the government of Buleleng Regency. Then this is the widest regency in Bali. Buleleng keeps a role in the past when Bali was conquered by Commander Gajah Mada in his Palapa expedition. Basically, the heritage of Buleleng cultural variation has a different unique style than the one in the south.
Banyuwedang Hot Spring has a well from a hot water spring which located at the beach. This spring is under the sea level when tide comes. The presence of this hot spring has made a government of Buleleng will develop this area as a health Tourism Area.
The main attraction of Singsing Waterfall for tourists is because it is situated on a hillside which give direct view to Lovina beach lies on the north side.
It is located in the hills area in Tegehe village, 11 kilometers from Lovina. With its quiet and calm atmosphere and Lovine beach sea view has made this Buddist monastery has a strong image to tourists.
Buyan dan Tamblingan are two lakes which look like a twin one. The originality of their nature can be felt. With its cool air and surrounded by green mountains gives a calm and fresh atmosphere. They are ideal for water recreation, like; canoing and fishing.
Although it is relatively new buiding but since built in the middle of town then it interest tourists quickly. When the time for ceremony or dead moon comes one may watch Hindus including school students come to this temple to pray.
The attraction of this temple is the carvings that fulfill all side of it as if no small area on the wall which is not decorated by carvings. These ones are painted in various colors so the tempel’s environment becomes more unique.

Pulaki Tempel was built on the rock hill side and faces to the sea directly. This temple looks glorious and suitable with its name Pura (temple) Agung (glorious) Pulaki. The attraction is location and environment.

Singa Ambara Raja is a symbol of Buleleng Regency. It is in the form of winged lion with one front foot hold a corn. It is then built into a statue and located in front of the office of Buleleng Regent, and the become a Landmark of Singaraja city because of its uniqueness, that is there is no one else in the world.
