Bangli has a biggest lake, the Batur, which is watering most of the farm area in south Bali. With the cold weather that always cloudy and rainy, this area especially the mountain one in Kintamani, is the best quality fruit producer. In history of the past government at independent times, Bangli ever had a crucial role especially at the end of the 10th century and beginning of the 11th one when the government of King Udayana from the Warmadewa dynasty was glorious. The population structure and their speaking dialect in the mountain range in Kintamani shows us that not just the inscription documents which approve Bangli hold a key role in history also its Bali Mula population structure is still well maintained.
In Taman Bali village there is a water fall. It is located in Dusun Kuning village exactly. Its climate is cool and combined with the green leaves increases this natural waterfall’s attraction. And not far from this place there is a forest that occupied by hundreds of monkeys.
Batukaang village is well known as tourism destination.
This mountain is still active now with Batur Lake which lies on this mountain valley gives amazing view.
The interesting thing from this forest is the sound that will produce when the wind blows then one bamboo tree touches the others.
In this area many boats serve general passengers and tourists who cross the lake from Kedisan to Trunyan village. It locates 900 meters above sea level makes the climate is cool at noon and cold in the night.
Toya Bungkah is a natural hot spring. It is used to bath daily because there is a trust that this one may cure skin disease.
Taman Narmada Baliraja is located more or less 5 kilometers at the south of Bangli.
Puncaksari temple and the village around has cool climate. From this place there will look an exclusive view of Bali as far as the south beach.
This nine storage monument and Cura Yudha building were established in 1959 on the 1.5 hectares land with Balinese style.
